Bismillah,

There’s no peace without justice.

Justice is needed more than ever!

Justice can only be enforced by strong leaders.

But Justice can be advocated for by the masses.

In this blog post, we delve into the remarkable life and legacy of Umar ibn al-Khattab (RA), the second Caliph of Islam, known for his unparalleled justice, strength, and dedication to Islam.

Umar ibn al-Khattab (RA), born in Mecca, initially opposed Islam but later became one of its staunchest supporters.

His conversion to Islam marked a turning point, bringing strength and confidence to the early Muslim community.

Application Today

The Earth and its inhabitants are yearning for justice.

The Ummah is Weak!

Weaker than ever, despite our numbers.

We must stand up against tyranny and speak for justice and truth.

Like Umar (RA) spoke for justice and bravely confessed his belief in Islam.

Whether that’s the genocide in Gaza, Sudan or anywhere for that matter.

We must continue to stand for justice and the truth.

So that one day, an Umar (RA) can rise between our ranks, and implement justice and shun cruelty.

May we reflect on virtues of Umar (RA), and aim to earnestly implement actions of bravery and justice in your lives.

Ameen!
